LitExtension is our first and flagship brand — a world- leading company in eCommerce data migration services (migrating products, customers, orders, etc. between platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and more). Through LitExtension, we work with thousands of global merchants and partners. Many of these customers need more than data migration — they also need support to rebuild the storefront, implement the theme, and develop custom features after (or during) the migration.
We are expanding and looking for an Account Manager who is hard- working, eager to learn, detail- oriented, and responsible to support international clients and coordinate Shopify/WooCommerce development projects with our delivery team.
LitGroup JSC provides e- commerce solutions to North American and European partners. Founded in 2011, we currently own 4 brands: LitCommerce, LitExtension, LitOS, and BulkFlow.
That’s why LitOS was established. LitOS provides frontend migration and development services, mainly for Shopify and also WooCommerce, helping clients build, customize, and optimize their online stores with high- quality implementation and long- term support.
Working time: from Monday to Saturday Morning.

Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Account Manager at LitOS, you will:
Manage communication with international clients (mainly via email/chat/calls) and maintain long- term client relationships.
Receive client requests (Shopify/theme/app/custom features), clarify requirements, and translate them into clear tasks/briefs for the internal team.
Coordinate with developers/PM to:
assess feasibility,estimate effort (hours),propose solution direction,confirm scope and deliverables.
Prepare project documents such as:
Track project progress at a high level (scope, timeline, revisions) and ensure smooth handover/communication between client ↔ internal team.
Update and manage client information and project status on CRM/tracking sheets.
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross- sell additional Shopify services when relevant (not aggressive sales; consultative support).
Follow up on approvals and payments (deposit/milestones), and support clients through change requests (if any).
proposals/quotations,SOW (Statement of Work),invoices,and follow- up items needed to kick off projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Comfortable working with documents and numbers (scope, hours, quotations).
Able to work independently, manage tasks, and follow up proactively.
Strong sense of responsibility, careful with details, and able to follow processes.
At least 1 year of experience in a client- facing role (e.g., Account Management, Customer Success, B2B Support, Project Coordination).
Willing to learn basic e- commerce/Shopify concepts (training will be provided).
Excellent English skills (especially Writing and Reading Comprehension) are essential for understanding client requests and preparing documents.
Advantages (not required):
