JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit new store staffs (Co- work with HR)
Control and check Stock all store under their management
Tracking + Pushing sales all stores under his/her management to achieve Monthly Sales TGT
Prepare for new stores under their management
Get feedback from Store team then work with related team to keep store performance
Store visit + check store standard
Work with Brand Team to make sure healthy stock in stores his/her management
Managing Employee&039;s Attendance, Taking leave, Uniform
Work with HR for Final Monthly Incentive + Salary
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Strong personality and leadership.
- Strong determination of KPI achievement
- Language: Good at English is required
- Project management experience, able to work independently on multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience in managing to performance targets desired
- Disciplined and high motivated to motivate and encourage team for improvement
- At least 3 years in Retail with level Store Manager above (Sport fashion industry is a plus)
