JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and detail- oriented Business Development Intern to join our team in Hanoi. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Business Development team by performing various tasks such as data analysis, sales planning, and administrative support. You will also assist in preparing business presentations and identifying industry events that align with our business objectives.
Data Analysis for Sales Planning
Analyze sales data, customer information, and market trends to assist in developing effective sales strategies and plans.
Support the team in evaluating sales performance and providing data- driven insights.
Presentation & Documentation
Collaborate with team members to design and structure professional slides and reports.
Prepare high- quality business documents such as credentials, presentations, and meeting recap reports.
Event Research
Provide event details and insights to help plan participation and maximize engagement opportunities.
Identify relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities for the Business Development team to attend.
Sales Admin Support
Assist the Business Development team with administrative tasks such as maintaining sales documentation, updating customer information in CRM systems, and organizing team meetings.
Help with other sales- related tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast- paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word…), and Canva.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication (English / Vietnamese) and presentation skills.
Self- motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
