JOB OBJECTIVES
Develop creative strategies that are forward- thinking and in- line with current media trends
Complete timesheets and reports
Review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration
Offer creative ideas and encourage others to share theirs
Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise strategies to achieve them
Liaise with clients
Work with ACD, Art/ Creative Director to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaign ideas
Check all copy that generated by team members and offer feedback when necessary
Take ownership of copy briefs and answer them to a very high standard
Meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints
Push clients towards fresh, exciting ideas
Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly
Lead copywriting from thematic concept to channel- led communication
JOB REQUIREMENT
A keen attention to detail and timescales
Effective team management capabilities
Confidence in building a rapport with clients and nurturing good working relationships
Familiarity with creative processes and techniques – including digital media
A strong record in creating immaculate copy that stands out from the crowd
Excellent communication skills
The ability to plan and strategize high- profile projects
Significant experience in professional, commercial writing
A persuasive and confident approach to creativity
