he role of an Office Coordinator is tomanage Niteco offices in the best way, provide logistics and administrativeservice to employees. This role is also considered as an ambassador of ourcompany to employees, candidates and external stakeholders.

willbe responsible for, but not limited to:

Officemanagement:

· Makesure the office is well- organized & professional.

· Answerand direct phone calls, take messages, coordinate feedback in professionalmanner

· Dealwith landlord regarding tenant contract to ensure work environment are safe andhealthy

· Dealwith suppliers to ensure office equipment is in good condition and requestmaintenance whenever necessary

· Offerwarm greetings and assistance to candidates and visitors

Employeeservice:

· Supportemployees with procedure to claim Aon Health care insurance and follow up

· Preparestuffs for new comers: entrance card, key card, parking card, work stations,etc.

· Preparethe payment report/claims.

· Managecorrespondence in and out.

· Purchase,manage storage & use of stationery, food and beverage,...

· Arrangehotels and tickets for employee and expatriate inside and outside Vietnamwherever necessary.

· AssistCompany leadership in some administrative ad- hoc tasks where applicable

REQUIREMENTS

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Proficiencyin Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Knowledgeof slideshow/video maker applications is a plus
· Fast- reacting and highly adaptable person
· Excellentinterpersonal skills and high sense of working with human issues
· ExcellentEnglish proficiency in both communication and comprehension
· Accountableand careful, knows how to exercise diplomacy and confidentiality
· Bachelordegree
· Agood team player
· Theability to work in a structured and organized way

The role of the
PMO Assistant (Project Management Office Assistant)
is to support day- to- day operations of the Project Management Office and ensure excellent PMO process adherence.
The PMO Assistant will be reporting to PMO Team Lead and responsible for, but not limited to:

Coordinate PMO activities

Prepare reports, documents and business presentations
Resources planning: providing visibility into resources allocation, resource availability.
Manage Project resource data, ensure that the data is kept updated daily
Organize PMO meetings, events, trainings and exams; actively follow up with decisions/ action plan when applicable
Support to enforce adherence of PMO processes and procedures, ensure projects comply company governance policies.

Support Sales/Presales functions

Main contact point for Presales/Sales Support: assisting Sales team in preparing proposals, RFP/RFI, bid documents, providing project estimations, case studies,...
Manage/Update employee resumes and certificates.
Create and file contracts, proposals and estimations. Create/Manage contracts, project documents, ...

Support and Control Delivery Managers, Project Managers in project execution

Ensure high- quality delivery to customers
Handle communication and escalations
Ensure profitability of projects and timely resolutions of issues/risks
Provide needed project administration such as time reports, project documents, project reports.

Provide accurate information and data for invoicing
Actively take part in Company activities to contribute building up Niteco&039;s culture
Do other ad- hoc tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Great attention to details
Outstanding organizational skills couple with a good ability to work well in a team
University Bachelor degree
Nice to have: Experience in 24/7/shiftbased environments or AMS settings; familiarity with SLAs, incident/change/problem management.
Capability to work on multiple tasks at one time while maintaining high quality standards
High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Proactive and take initiatives
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across functional teams and multinational stakeholders
Approximate 1 year of experience working in a multinational environment is a must. Experience working in IT industry is a big plus
Excellent business English in all four skills: speaking, listening, writing, reading
