JOB DESCRIPTION
- Communicating with both B2B and B2C clients tounderstand their desires
- Designing a suitable itinerary to travelers
- Collecting and providing additional information to
decision
clients (about the destination and the products) to help them make the right
- Making calculations and sending quotations
- Confirming bookings and handling to other relateddepartment
- Taking a good care of customers during the stay
- Handling tour bookings from start to finish
- Negotiating and book services with suppliers
- Dealing with customer’s complaints
- Dealing efficiently with guests
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience is an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English or German is aMUST
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,PowerPoint)
- Able to work under high pressure and overtime
- Good communication, organization skills, listeningskill
- Strong customer service, and sale focus
- Excellence in negotiation

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Asist CEO doing business development
• Maintain and build relationship with b2b clients
• Study competition, and identify market trends.
• Develop, update and manage corporate website, and conduct onlinemarketing activities to generate traffic
• Write content for social media channels.
• Support and coordinate with other teams to grow business and buildcustomer database
REQUIREMENTS
. English fluency ( both writing and speaking ) with good command inVietnamese language
. Commitment to delivery high levels of customer service
. Excellence in negotiation, communication
. Expert in researching and database managing
. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
. Computer knowledge (MS Office)
. Ability to work on your own or in teams
. Ability to work under pressure and overtime
