JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing activities to enhance the brand image and increase bookings and customer engagement. Your mission will be to create and share compelling content that highlights the unique charm of our retreat.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging content for digital and print media, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and press releases.
Organize promotional events and activities to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Craft narratives that capture the essence of Melia Ba Vi – Collection and its unique offerings.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support the rebranding efforts.
Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement promotional materials and campaigns.
Manage and update the hotel’s website and social media channels.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in the Melia brand.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the F&B, hospitality or tourism industry.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and SEO.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Craft narratives that capture the essence of Melia Ba Vi – Collection and its unique offerings.
Willing to go business trip to Ba Vi.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide day- to- day analysis of data from social listening and CMS tools.
Research and develop the social media creative content of selected social media channels including Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube and any assigned platforms.
Support for design poster, banner, material for internal activity in hotels.
Play a role throughout the marketing cycle in positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
Provide support for virtual and in- person events.
Manage and update hotel website content.
Monitor community feedback and assist with fan engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
Passion in Marketing and experiences with Marketing activity is a plus.
Be available for a minimum 3- month full- time internship and start immediately.
Communicate well in English.
Eager to learn and open- minded with a "Can do" attitude.
