JOB DESCRIPTION
Product Research and Development (60%):
Analyze user feedback and data to inform product updates and enhancements.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Monitor product performance post- launch and assist in identifying areas for optimization.
Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and new features.
Work closely with PO and developers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation.
Conduct or assist in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
Prepare BA documents including FRS, SRS, user stories, use cases, etc.
Analytics and Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for all product activities.
Track and analyze user behavior and feedback to inform product improvement decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, with IELTS 7.0 or equivalent.
Ability to conduct basic user research and usability testing.
Familiarity with design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Good teamwork, deadline respect, hard work, and good time management.
1- 2+ years of experience in product management and/or UX/UI, preferably within the SaaS or e- commerce space.
Solid understanding of UX principles, user- centered design, and responsive design.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with US/UK clients
Proficiency in sketching and using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
Have experience with e- commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc)
