Training NeedsAssessment
Designing online surveys/evaluations based on the developedquestionnaires
Supporting the collection of resource documents
Supporting training team to in designing, delivery andassessment of training projects/programs
Assisting the data collection and analysis
Training material –Training tool development
Working with the training team to create learning
tools, online tutorials; develop training package, curriculum, learning matrix
and other training materials
Using available software(s) to develop e- learning, m- learning modules and courses for training projects of the company
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge ofWindows, PowerPoint, Word and Excel (especially PowerPoint)
Be creative andresponsible;
Good organizationaland interpersonal skills, especially in international environment;
University student or newlygraduate with an educational background in Pedagogy/Linguistics/International Studies/International Relations;
Proficiency inEnglish (spoken and written);
Knowledge of French is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Other tasks required by supervisor.
Supporting logistics preparation and implementation of events (trainings, conferences, etc.) and business trips of GaneshAID team member;
Performing research on international best practices in support of GaneshAID activities;
Administrative assistance work, including translating project documents, logistic arrangements
Assisting team members in producing necessary documentation in support of team activities;
REQUIREMENTS
University student or newly graduate with an educational background in International Studies/International Relations/ Business Administration/ Linguistic or any related field;
Good organizational and interpersonal skills, especially in international environment;
Detail- oriented and responsible;
Knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
Experience with or willingness to be more skillful in project assisting and designing;
