1. Salary Range: 8,000,000 – 13,000,000 VND/month

2. Working Hours

• Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week, on-site in Hanoi.

• Up to 3-months probation review, during which both sides can assess fit and terminate the collaboration if needed.

What You'll Do

● Handle daily financial operations, including recording sales, expenses, invoices, and transactions.

● Manage accounts payable and receivable-track payments, follow up on overdue invoices, and confirm vendor payments.

● Reconcile bank statements and internal records to keep everything aligned.

● Assist in monthly payroll, benefits, and HR coordination to ensure timely, accurate payments.

● Support external accountants with documentation and compliance requirements.

● Create simple financial reports to support smart decision-making and assist in financial forecasting to help the team plan for growth and manage budgets effectively.

● Spot opportunities to improve and streamline financial processes.

Who We're Looking For

● 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.

● Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, reconciliation, data checks).

● Strong attention to detail to prevent mistakes before they happen.

● Clear and professional communicator (Vietnamese & English).

● Adaptable and practical when solving problems.

● Responsible and organised.
