MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Submit documents at the prescribed time.
Performother duties as required by Chief accountant.
Support Chief Accountant to collect payments from other company and individualaccording to the approved documents and vouchers.
Prepare internal reports to theChief Accountant and support Chief Accountant to prepare report to the management.
Workingtime Monday – Friday:8.00 am/8:30 – 5.15pm- 5.45 pmLunch break:12:00 – 1:15 pmWorking day:Monday to Saturday morning
Support Chief Accountant to enter ledgers on accounting software.
Prepare and implement accountingdocuments according to the company’s rules and procedures.
Perform tasks relating to the common goals of the company.
Make a receipt or payment slip basedon state regulation and the company’s financial principles.
Check, control the validity ofpayment documents.
Support Chief Accountant to execute the payment of taxes and invoices, withdrawcash, submit the relevant document to the banks and the authorities.
Support operation of petty cash account including settlement and refill.
Ensuring work is completed in a timely manner according to the regulations:reporting, arranging payment time suitably.
Check the preparation of payment order correctly, preparation of all procedures and papersattached is sufficient or not.

Base salary: 8,000,000 VND – 10,000,000 VND
Well communication and interpersonal skills.
Graduated from University in the relatedfields.
At least 03 years of working experience in accounting.
Confidentiality awareness, self- motivatedmind- set.
