JOB DESCRIPTION
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate designconcepts;
Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other designers todeliver high- quality digital products;
Participate in usability testing, A/B testing, and continuous improvementprocesses;
Design user- friendly, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications(iOS/Android);
Keep up with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to improveoverall user experience;
Work with design systems and style guides to maintain consistency acrossproducts;
REQUIREMENTS
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative teamenvironment;
Nice- to- have: Basic understanding of front- end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus;
Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail;
A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop,Illustrator, etc.;
Experience in designing both web and mobile applications with an understandingof responsive design
At least 1 year of experience in UX/UI design (freelance or full- time roles areacceptable);
Good English communication skills (written and verbal);

Identify upselling and cross- selling opportunities to maximize customer valueandbusiness growth

REQUIREMENTS
Having experience in IT Business Development, IT Sales roles is a plus.
Good verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Ability toengage effectively with clients.
Self- motivated, results- driven, strong customer service focus, ability to workto deadlines and under pressure.
Excellent negotiating and persuading skills.
Proven capability in hands- on problem- solving, with the ability to generateideas, identify the root causes of problems and generate good solutions.
