JOB DESCRIPTION
Test Creative on Various Networks:
Analyze the performance of different creatives and provide insights on what resonates best with the target audience.
Assist in testing creatives for user acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including Applovin, Unity, Meta,etc.
Customer Support (Email, Fanpage, and Storefront):
Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure user satisfaction through efficient communication.
Provide timely and professional customer support via email and on the storefront
Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the relevant teams when needed.
Contribute to Creative Game Ideas:
Collaborate with the other teams to brainstorm and contribute new ideas for user engagement.
Provide feedback on user engagement metrics to help improve creative direction.
REQUIREMENTS
Having passion for games, especially mobile games is a plus;
Experience with video editing and design software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effect, Photoshop, and Illustrator is an advantage;
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent;
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast- paced environment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Being diligent,, and responsible for work;
Have knowledge about advertising networks such as Meta, Google, etc. in the Game/IT industry;

Develop creative ideas for advertising campaigns and game product promotions, including content, images, and videos;
Implement advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Adwords, Unity, Applovin, Ironsource;
Analyze user needs and market trends to build online marketing programs for mobile applications.
Perform tasks related to ASO (App Store Optimization);
REQUIREMENTS
