Duties and Responsibilities
Make payment for customers in accordance with restaurant standards.
Record order information from guest, reconfirm with guest the exact name of food- drinks, quantity, special requirements ...
Check the dishes before serving the guests.
Remember the names and habits (foods, drinks, special requests) of vip guests or patrons to show appreciation and make them happy.
Clean up the dining table, set up a new table to prepare to serve the next guest .
Transfer order to cashier, kitchen, bar.
Willing to respond to the legitimate requests of customers and enthusiastically respond to customers&039; inquiries with a warm, amiable and considerate attitude to guests.
Serve customers with food and drink.
Counseling and introducing customers to dishes, drinks, promotion, set menu, cigar …
Receive guests from Hostess / Guest relation.

You have:

Good English & professional
Good knowledge of food and beverage service
Qualification: High School
Excellent guest service skills
Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position. Experience working in luxury restaurants is perfect
