Job Overview
We are seeking an International Talent Acquisition (TA) Executive to drive recruitment efforts across domestic (50%) and international (50%) markets. You will manage end- to- end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless logistics for global hires. This role is critical in building a high- performing, diverse team to support Prep’s rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities
International Recruitment (50%)
Source, attract, and hire top talent across Prep’s key markets (SEA, APAC, etc.).
Partner with local agencies and leverage global job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, local networks).
Navigate cross- cultural hiring practices, employment laws, and compensation benchmarks.
Manage relocation/visa logistics and ensure smooth onboarding for international hires.
Domestic Recruitment (50%)
Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Lead end- to- end recruitment for Vietnam- based roles (Tech, Product, Sales, Operations, etc.).
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring strategies.
Optimize employer branding to attract top local talent.
Requirements
Must- Have
Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and familiarity with global job markets.
Fluency in English (written/spoken); additional languages (Chinese, Thai…) are a plus.
Deep understanding of employment laws and hiring trends in multiple regions.
3+ years in recruitment, with proven experience hiring internationally (relocation/visa processes).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (HR, legal, hiring managers) in a fast- paced startup.
Nice- to- Have
Strong data- driven mindset to track hiring metrics (time- to- fill, candidate experience).
Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high- growth startups.
Familiarity with ATS/HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).

Starting Salary: 14,000,000 – 16,000,000 VND/month (gross) or negotiable based on skills and experience,
