The Marketing Executive will assist in the execution of marketing and communications strategy for our company. The following are the types of work you’ll actually perform:

Marketing

• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on digital channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Website, etc.)

• Enforce and follow brand guidelines, ensuring the brand recognition grows within the target market.

• Manage the production cycle of marketing materials; including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and email campaigns.

• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

• Maintain and update the internal CRM (contact management) database.

• Post marketing campaign evaluation

• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

Sales

• Generate sales leads through electronic communications such as email campaigns, pay per-click adverts, social media and website optimization for all products, services

• Plan, organize and promote product specific events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions; and attend where required

• Review, optimize and update the corporate website to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility, ensuring visitor retention

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  

• Conduct customer research

• Keep current with professional sector news

• Analyze and monitor competitors and their marketing strategies

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

Project Management

• Work with the team to develop marketing plans and strategies

• Liaise with external contacts such as designers, print agencies and editors

• Support the Marketing Manager and other colleagues in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

• Support all departments when required

• 1-2+ years of experience at the same position. Working in a field related to Startups or Technology Company is a plus.

• Or 1 year of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing

• Good analytical skills as well as communication skills (oral and written).

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Effective team working skill

• Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast moving work environment.

• Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.

• Salary for full-time applicants: 9-11M VND (gross).

• Brainstorm and execute effective IMC plan, events

• Create contents that impact the open innovation ecosystems

• Manage stakeholders including governments, media, audience, partner, customers

• Make good decision on marketing - communication strategies and tactics

• Curate, research design and write blog articles and press releases

• Perform research & outreach

• Develop email newsletter

To be considered, applicants should have the following minimum qualifications:

• Open mindset on learning and working in the Marcom industry

• Excellent Vietnamese writing & speaking skills, with a great passion for PR, communication

• Good content planning & execution skills

• Proficiency in English (Verbal and Writing) is a plus

• Having understanding of Open Innovation/Startups accelerating is a plus

• Detail-oriented and well-organized

• Familiarity with social media channels and audiences

• Basic understanding of Marketing principles and IMC execution

OUR TRAINEE RECORDS: Talents from Academy of Journalism & Communications, Van Lang University, Vietnam National University (Ha Noi), Hanoi University,  Hanoi University of Pedagogy, etc.

• Develop a comprehensive content plan and create content for BambuUP’s communication campaigns to build brand awareness and convert potential customers.
• Create content plans across multiple channels: Fanpage, Website, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Press, and other relevant media channels.
• Write SEO-optimized articles and long-form content for the website.
• Develop the B2B business community.
• Generate content ideas and promotional strategies for BambuUP’s events.
• Manage content across BambuUP’s media channels and respond to customer inquiries.
• Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.  

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Solid knowledge of content marketing and the ability to write various types of content (social media, long articles, email marketing, SEO). Understanding of diverse content writing structures such as AIDA, PAS, SSS, etc.
• Ability to create content suitable for a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of Facebook (algorithms, policies) and tools, utilities to support the development of Fanpage.
• Knowledge of Onpage SEO standards for website content, or basic foundational knowledge that will be further trained.
• Ability to stay updated with new content trends, especially digital content.
• Fluent in English - both speaking and writing skills. Capable of researching materials and writing in English.
• Responsible, able to complete tasks on time.
• Having knowledge or interest in the startup and innovation ecosystem in Vietnam is a big advantage.

Desk-based Research: 

• Gathering initial target data from various sources including books, journal articles, newspaper sources, questionnaires, surveys, polls, and interviews.

Data Analysis: 

• Analyzing and interpreting data to identify patterns and trends related to Open Innovation & Startup Ecosystem.

Content Development:

• Collaborating with the Organizing Committee to develop content for programs within the project (workshops, webinars, training, etc.).

• Developing detailed content for documents, reports, and tools used in the project.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Working closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of research projects.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;

• Detailed and result oriented;

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
