JOB DESCRIPTION
You&039;ll get hands- on experience in both back- office and front- office operations for ourcycling tours and team- building events. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting on- site event setup and breakdown.
Contributing ideas to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Coordinating with vendors, guides, and facilitators for logistics and supplies.
Preparing post- event reports and feedback summaries.
Managing customer bookings and responding to inquiries.
Assisting in planning and communication with stakeholders for cycling tours andteam buildings.
Maintaining inventory of equipment (bikes, helmets, props, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: Currently pursuing a 3 or 4- year undergraduate degree or postgraduatedegree.
Experience: Previous operation/project management internship (or experience) preferredbut not required.
Skills:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in the national local language and English
Proactive, eager to learn, and a good communicator.
Knowledge:
Understanding the Destination Management system is preferred but not required
Passion in outdoor activities
Attributes:
Smart – good judgment and intuition around the subtleties of group dynamics andthe impact of your words and actions
Humble – quick to point out the contributions of others, share credit, emphasizeteam over self, and define success collectively rather than individually

JOB DESCRIPTION
Content Creation & Scheduling:
Produce short- form video content, including idea development, script writing, filming, and basic editing
Schedule posts and manage the social media across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistency and timely posting
Create and manage a content calendar aligned with Jackfruit Adventure’s brand, campaigns, and goals
Community Engagement:
Assist in responding to inquiries and engaging with our online community
Monitor social media channels for comments and messages
Learning and Development:
Learn about the travel and adventure industry
Actively participate in training and learning opportunities
Stay up- to- date on social media best practices and tools
REQUIREMENTS
Experience or strong interest in photography and videography (smartphone or camera).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
A passion for social media and a strong interest in the industry
Creative and enthusiastic attitude
Knowledge of MS Office and other productivity applications and platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Confidence in your English skills to share about Vietnamese culture, history, food& beverage and more.
Work as a team and you are the captain. You need to work efficiently with yourteammates to make sure the journey is running smoothly, avoiding unexpectedsituations and strong problem solving skills.
Enjoy recording the moments via images, videos is a plus
Love being outdoors, riding our bicycle and being able to work under the sun(light rain during the rainy season) to lead the group of 2 to 9 foreigners todiscover the busy Hanoi & HCMC urban life.
Eager to learn from the root for expanding knowledge before and after every tour.
REQUIREMENTS
Service- oriented with good interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Able to demonstrate core competencies of achieving results with others, analyticalthinking, problem- solving skills, and time management.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Self- sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
Based in Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi
Learner & Doer in the tourism industry at least 03 months
