JOB DESCRIPTION
Content Development and Publishing
Designvisual assets using Canva or equivalent tools to accompany social media andblog content.
Buildand maintain a content calendar that ensures consistent posting acrosschannels.
Planand produce engaging content for multiple platforms, including Facebook, Website,YouTube, and TikTok.
Writecreative captions, video descriptions, and compelling scripts tailored todifferent content formats (shorts, reels, long- form).
Campaign Execution and Ad Support
Collaborateon digital campaign strategy and execution to support brand and sales goals.
Coordinatecampaign roll- outs, from post scheduling to copy refinement and creativealignment.
Setup and assist with optimizing Ads campaigns, including targeting andperformance review.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Trackand report key performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, CTR, andconversion.
Provideinsights based on campaign performance to improve future content and targetingstrategies.
Contributeto revising and updating communication plans based on real- time data and teamfeedback.
Team Collaboration and Growth Projects
Participatein brainstorming sessions and contribute new content ideas and creativeformats.

Takepart in internal initiatives that enhance our digital presence and customercommunication.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Basic understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing principles is a strong plus.
A portfolio of writing or design work is highly encouraged to demonstrate creativity and communication style.
A proactive self- starter with a collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn in a fast- paced environment.
Comfortable using basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalents.

Perform voiceovers for training and product education videos, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with brand tone.
Product Knowledge & Review Delivery
Deliver clear, confident, and informative product reviews, unboxings, and comparisons.
Research and understand Bosch products to ensure accurate and compelling delivery.
Address frequently asked questions (FAQs) from customers in video format.
Coordination & Teamwork

REQUIREMENTS
