JOB DESCRIPTION
Answering queries and resolving issue relating to
usage of standard applications and IT services.
Troubleshooting and debugging to optimizeperformance.
Writing well- designed, testable and efficientcode.
Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliverwinning products.
Ensuring all standards and procedures arefollowed and maintained.
Escalating technical issues to the relevantparties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
Supporting continuous improvement byinvestigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these forarchitectural review.
Providing code documentation and other inputs totechnical documents.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science,Engineering or related field.
Having experience in a Software Engineer role is an advantage.
Possess knowledge of Java, JavaScript andPL/SQL.
Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
Highly goal driven and worked well in fast pacedenvironments
Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
Pay strong attention to detail and deliver workthat is of a high standard
