JOB DESCRIPTION
Reviewing and analyzing infringement cases;
Communicate with international clients and/or render written and oral advice to clients on various legal and other issues which fall under the practices of the firm, including, but not limited to, IP Prosecution; filing; strategic advice; IP disputes etc.
Provide thorough analytical and practical proposals and advice to clients and potential clients in a timely manner;
Respond to enquiries from clients and potential clients in a timely manner;
Drafting forms, legal advice to lawyers, doing paperwork;
Doing legal research;
Assist senior attorneys/consultants in analyzing cases, drafting documents, preparing advice, and reporting to clients;
Perform other tasks relevant to or in connection with the foregoing; and
Assisting lawyers in handling international clients;
Conduct market research;
Work directly with authorities;
Other tasks as requested by the nature of the position and senior attorneys.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record in working with IP authorities on IP matters;
Preferably 1- 2 years (for paralegal position) and 2- 4 years (for junior associate position) of post- qualification experience in IP laws;
A hard- working, responsible and reliable person;
Assisting lawyers in handling international clients.
Excellent problem- solving ability and good organizational skills;
Fluency in English both speaking and writing;
Strong commitment to client service;
Doing legal research;
Working with authorities;
Willingness to travel as needed;
Conduct market research;
Active, enthusiastic, and proactive; team player.
Reviewing and analyzing infringement cases;
Law degree/ IP Certificate. Lawyer or registered IP attorney is an advantage;
Drafting forms, legal advice to lawyers, doing paperwork;
Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, and research skills;
