Support training organization (Pre – During – Post Training)
Support BTC- AS projects, training events organized in Vietnam & Region (such as training material designing & delivery, send communication to stakeholders, support and guide visitors, participants...)
Data maintainance & reporting by frequency (daily, weekly, monthly...)
Support other admin tasks assigned by line manager
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to manage workforce effectively to meet objectives and deadline
Interested in high tech manufacturing environment
Analytical skill is a plus
Third/last year student (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade and Accounting)
Be able to quickly adapt in a diversed workforce and under high pressure environment
Good communication skill in both oral and written
Have experience with designing is a prefer
Mandatory: fluent in English and Vietnamese
Experience with Microsoft office (primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Responsible & positive mindset, willing to learn and grow
Be pro- active, patient and a good listener

JOB DESCRIPTION
Undertake planning and delivery of field services and post- sales services at customer sites for attending breakdown and planned maintenance services across Northern part of Vietnam.
Engage in the integration and management of databases and perform data analysis of factory machine. Design and develop programs in Python, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Provide service, on site installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and product consultations on our scope of supply (systems, spare parts, and robots) to customers.
Implement webpage layouts, interactive elements, and backend services that utilize AI and cloud technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
Have experience in AI/Cloud integration is preferable.
