JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate with HR members to execute event plan and agenda
Work on preparation phase in terms of ordering event material, venue booking, working with different stakeholder, event setup
Follow up post event activities including invoice processing, event reporting, feedback analysis…
To be in charge of university activities including job fair, office tours, seminars…
Other tasks assigned by manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Undergraduate student (3rd/4th year preferred) majoring in Communications, Human Resources, Economics or related fields.
Able to join full-time internship for 6 months (Monday to Friday).
Able to provide official internship recommendation letter from university (red seal stamped, internship period clearly indicated).
Detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
Good communication, verbal and written both in English and Vietnamese.
Having experience in handling projects, events is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Facility Technical Intern will provide support for:

Generation of logic program HMI, SCADA, BMS systems (Graphic, logic for SCADA/BMS)
Preventive maintenance on building, equipment and office facilities activities with FCM technical team members.
Repair and troubleshooting facilities system with Facility technical team members.
All documents, records and reports according to the requirement from FCM technical team.
Project document and execution (check drawing, EHS document, check contractor compliance).

REQUIREMENTS

Undergraduate student (3rd/4th year preferred) pursuing a university degree in a technical field
Able to join full-time internship for 6 months (Monday to Friday)
Able to provide official internship recommendation letter from university (red seal stamped, internship period clearly indicated)
Basic knowledge in electrical or automation or IT software (Python, IoT, MQTT, Modbus …)
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
High English proficiency in Speaking and Writing.
Good in Computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint, Auto CAD.
Basic knowledge in Office facilities management is plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Keep track of department assets and accessories (PCs, mouse, keyboard, RAM, monitor), raise computer tickets, and ensure proper handover/return.
Prepare for new joiners (raise computer & User ID tickets, onboarding checklist, welcoming new staff). Handle resignations (exit checklist, collect returned devices).
Assist in organizing department events such as meetings, workshops, long-service celebrations, and top-performer recognition.
Manage stationery and office equipment, collect goods from logistics, handle courier (sending/receiving), and support expense claims/payment requisitions.
Deliver gifts and allowances, assist employees with daily requests, welcome guests, and support travel, visa, accommodation, and invitation letters.
Other assigned tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Undergraduate student (3rd/4th year preferred) majoring in Business Admin, English Linguistics, Economics, or Literature
Able to provide official internship recommendation letter from university (red seal stamped, clear internship period indicated)

Able to join full-time internship for 6 months (Monday to Friday)
Well organized, detail oriented, careful, hardworking, enthusiasm
Proficiency in MOS and English language
