Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up is a professional training and on- the- job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing- to- learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.
Each successful candidate will be provided with a development plan (6 months in non- production and 9 months in production group) which is carefully prepared by the line manager with a professional career and coaching plan within the chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm them to become permanent employees after the training and development period.

REQUIREMENTS
- Major in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical or relevant field
- Good command of English
- Self- motivated and proactive
- GPA minimum 6.5 or equivalent
- Dynamic, willing to learn
- Willing to make changes
- Good interpersonal skill
- Final year student or fresh graduated less than one year of working experience.
