JOB DESCRIPTION
● Hỗ trợ thực hiện các hoạt động tập thể của công ty: sinh nhật, hội họp, liên hoan tổng kết
● Giám sát việc thực hiện các quy định về giờ giấc, tác phong làm việc tại Công ty.
● Một số công việc liên quan đến công tác nhân sự, hành chính khác do cấp trên điều phối và chỉ định.
● Thực hiện các công tác Hành chính, Lễ tân văn phòng, Tuyển dụng nhân sự.
REQUIREMENTS
● Năng động, nhiệt tình, sẵn sàng học hỏi; Sở hữu tính cách ham học hỏi, trách nhiệm cao, lạc quan vui vẻ.
● Sinh viên năm ba, năm cuối hoặc mới tốt nghiệp có thể đi Full- time hoặc ít nhất 4 ngày/tuần.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI) to optimize results and make data- driven decisions.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to data privacy and advertising standards.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams (creative, digital, sales) to ensure campaign integration and alignment.
Spearhead the development and execution of high- impact marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing).
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery within budget and on time.
Communicate campaign progress and results effectively to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Stay up- to- date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target audiences and develop compelling messaging strategies
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost- effective campaign execution.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 years experience in campaign marketing
Proficiency in marketing automatic and/or CRM software (a plus)
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
