Mô tả công việc
Thời gian làm việc: Xoay ca 8h/ngày, 6 ngày/tuần
- Ca sáng: 08h30- 17h30
- Ca chiều: 14h00- 22h00
Chăm sóc khách hàng trực tiếp
- Cung cấp và hỗ trợ không tin cho khách hàng về các chương trình, sự kiện,... của các gian hàng tại Lotte
- Pha chế đồ uống cho khách
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng làm thẻ VIP
- Chăm sóc khách hàng cao cấp tại Lotte Department Store và đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách khi sử dụng phòng AvenueL Lounge
Lễ tân
- Trực điện thoại tổng đài
- Trực quầy Lễ tân
Lập báo cáo hàng tháng
- Làm một số báo cáo theo sự phân công
- Lập báo cáo hàng tháng theo quy định về chi tiêu, doanh thu,... v.v
Các nhiệm vụ hỗ trợ khác theo sự phân công của Bộ phận
REQUIREMENTS
- Tuổi từ 20- 30, tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
- Có thể pha chế một số đồ uống như trà, cà phê... là lợi thế
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở bộ phận Lễ tân các Khách sạn lớn là lợi thế
- Ngoại hình ưa nhìn. Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt, Tiếng Anh cơ bản
- Từ 06 tháng kinh nghiệm làm việc ở các vị trí Lễ tân, F&B, Chăm sóc Khách hàng, Dịch vụ... là một lợi thế

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Interior Design (70%)
- Inspect quotations, construction plans, acceptance procedures, and payments with the contractor
- Review work scope, schedule, cost, manpower of the contractor
- Propose design ideas and develop plans for interior space changes within the shopping center
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure the project is executed according to the design specifications
- Control the design in accordance with the plans, materials, and color schemes
2. Design Management (20%)
- Check and approve Design drawings of tenant according to the design standards of the shopping mall
- Manage and inspect technical drawing documents, collaborate with design consultancy contractors on renovation and new improvement projects in the common areas of the shopping mall
- On- site inspection includes approving construction drawings and checking materials, as well as controlling design changes.
- Review other aspects of the project such as interior lighting, graphics, displays, fixtures and furniture, equipment, etc.
3. Other assigned task related to LOTTE&039;s project (10%)
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree majored in Architecture, Interior design
- Good Business English to communicate and work with expat
- Having at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and experience in the retail market, shopping center is an advantage
- Creative, update with latest trends
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3Ds Max, Ms Office

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Floor Operation
- Collaborate with Customer Service team to train and supervise brand staff to follow Lotte Mall regulation
- Collaborate with Customer Service team and related departments to solve customer complaint and any other arising problems quickly and effectively
- Floor checking: Supervise hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time
- Control product quality, prices, TAG, visual merchandise of the brands in charge; Managing the demand- supply of the products
2. Sales & Marketing Event
- Discuss on time with tenants to co- operate and support them with marketing program, promotion events, staff and merchandise management to ensure professional brand and enhance revenue
- Implement sales confirmation, deduction, manual list, modify sales error by sequences on time
- Supervise sales performance and prepare sales plan with low sale brands
- Invite and support brands to propose promotions to match with seasons, Lotte events (Gala Night, Lotte Private Sale, Anniversary), promotion program via Lotte channels (Facebook, Website, LCD, etc.)
3. Leasing & Lease Agreement
- Maintain and build up relationship with current tenants and potential tenants as well to evaluate busines status, plan and strategies of them
- Supervise and keep track with changes of market to build potential and trendy vendor list in categories
- Actively contact tenants to find out about their business potential and demands for premise at mall, thereby introduce Lotte Mall premises to tenants
- Build and report for approval of T&C policy for each tenant; Draft and negotiate to finalize content, and get signature of Tenancy Agreement, Offer to Lease (OTL)
- Proceed extension or termination of Tenancy Agreement with tenants on expiry date, inform tenants of termination procedures and deposit return
4. Fitting In- Out
- Cooperate with Design team to build up and adjust layout, CAD files
- Co- operate with tenants and Design, Facility team to complete final drawings on time
REQUIREMENTS
- Hard- working, have good team- work and communication skills;
- At least 2 year- experience in Manager position;
- Can work under high pressure and self- motivation;
- Must be available to work in shift, 5 days/weeks (Shift 1: 8:30- 5:30; Shift 2: 14:00- 22:00)
- At least 5 year- experience in the Retail, Shopping Mall;
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related major is prefered;
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese;
