JOB DESCRIPTION
Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership.
Responsible for building the company&039;s job position system and qualification system, assisting in improving the company&039;s personnel system.
Establish and maintain personnel files, coordinate and handle procedures such as employee onboarding, departure, promotion, etc.
Assist in conducting new employee onboarding training.
Responsible for organizing recruitment activities in China or Vietnam, fulfilling the recruitment needs of the company, and arranging and following up on relevant personnel.
Responsible for improving the company&039;s talent pool and talent pipeline.
Assist in establishing employee relations and coordinating relationships between employees and management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and Vietnamese, or Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills and affinity.
Familiar with human resource management modules and related laws and regulations, with at least 3 years of experience in personnel work and skilled in recruitment.
Detail- oriented, rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, efficient, and strong execution ability.
