Our mission is to free humans from repetitive, tedious, and labor- intensive tasks by integrating advanced robotics into high- precision industries, such as handling optical lenses with micron- level accuracy. Our clientele includes leading manufacturing and robotics companies worldwide.

As a Product Owner, you will:

Develop and drive the product/component roadmap in collaboration with research, business, and engineering stakeholders to deliver impactful features for our users.
Own the customer experience by defining user flows and collaborating closely with UX design to enhance usability.
Define comprehensive business requirements and user stories with a focus on market context, business rationale, impact metrics, and clear acceptance criteria to guide product development.
Ensure the timely and quality delivery of scrum team outputs.
Maintain up- to- date software documentation reflecting new features and enhancements.
Facilitate discussions and lead sprint planning sessions with the engineering team, incorporating their priorities and constraints.
Manage the product/component backlog and oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to design, prototype testing, development, and release.

Requirements

Must Have

Experience with product lifecycle management and Agile development practices, including epic and user story creation, prioritization, and backlog grooming.
2- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably in deep- tech products with a focus on Robotics or AI.
Proven track record of achievement in similar roles.
Ability to identify business problems, devise solutions, and measure impact using KPIs and metrics.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with experience working closely with technical teams.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Product mindset with a focus on MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and prioritizing key features.
Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills in cross- functional, international teams.

Good to Have

BS/MS in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math) or equivalent technical experience.
Product Owner certification.
Experience in robotics, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, or developer APIs.
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).
