Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven intern to become a part of our Marketing and Operations team. In this internship, you&039;ll engage in hands- on learning, contributing to marketing initiatives and assisting with day- to- day operational activities. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have a passion for travel and are eager to build their expertise in a dynamic, fast- paced setting.
Main Responsibilities:

Help manage bookings, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with operational logistics.
Track and analyze data on campaign performance to measure effectiveness.
Conduct market research to uncover travel trends, identify target audiences, and analyze competitor strategies.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Assist in the organization and promotion of travel- related events and experiences.
Support the coordination and development of partnerships with travel influencers, bloggers, and affiliates.
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, digital ads, etc.).
Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Requirements:

Experience with photo/video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A strong passion for travel and the tourism industry.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Strong organizational and time- management abilities.
Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast- paced environment.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Detail- oriented with strong problem- solving capabilities.
