JOB DESCRIPTION
MISSION
- Support team with survey materials and assessment reports.
- Support in data compliation and management.
- Support in controlling the market research activities in building a database.
ACTIVITIES
Database building
- Collect information about urban development provision, population, structure, modern retail system development, economic changes, influences to retail market in Vietnam.
- Monitor and update information about competitors (new opening, strategies,…)
Data compliation and management
- Assit in data visualization using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Google Maps, Google Earth,…
- Support data entry, processing and management in internal system.
Supporting with survey materials
- Prepare materials, assist in processing data from field survey.
- Summarize initial reports based on survey findings.
REQUIREMENTS
COMPETENCIES
Functional knowledge & experience:
- Understanding of law regulation concerning to real estate, commerce/ retail industry
- Knowledge about retail market in Vietnam
Functional skill:
- MS Office, Mapping program (eg. Google Earth, Google Maps)
- Research, data collection, and analysis skill
Other skills:
- Good communication skill, presentation skill and result oriented
REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE
Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (speaking, reading, writing)
Seniority: Fresh graduate
Education: University degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics or related fields
Attitude: open- minded, responsibility, flexibility, eager to learn, collaborative mindset.
BENEFITS
Work location: 222 Tran Duy Hung St, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi (GO! Thăng Long )
Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
Allowance: 3,000,000 – 4,000,000 VND/month + parking fee.
