JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer & Learner Support
- Act as apoint of contact for learners’ inquiries during training sessions
- Assist inlearner check- in, attendance tracking, and general class coordination
- Provideon- site support and customer service to learners and client representativesduring training programs
Venue & Classroom Management
- Prepare andmanage training classrooms, materials, and logistics
- Coordinatetea break arrangements and ensure venue readiness throughout the course
- Liaise withvenue staff to ensure smooth training operations
TrainerSupport
- Assist with training tools, equipment, andbasic technical needs during sessions
- Support trainers during training delivery(materials distribution, timekeeping, classroom facilitation)
Reporting& Coordination
- Report training activities and on- site issuesto the TÜV SÜD Academy Team
- Support post- training administration asassigned (feedback collection, basic reporting)
REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to support training programs at nearbyprovinces (e.g. Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, etc.) when required.
- At least 6 months of experience supportingtraining classes or educational activities (Experience in corporate trainingenvironments is highly preferred)
- University students from 2nd year onward(education, business, HR, or related fields)
- Strong customer service mindset andprofessional attitude
- Good communication, coordination, andorganizational skills
- Preference for candidates with experiencesupporting adult learners
- English proficiency at Intermediate level orabove (minimum B2)
