AIR- FREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise and manage day- to- day operations of the Airfreight Customer Service team.
- Provide competitive pricing and market updates to the Sales team.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues or escalate them to management when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and customers (internal & external).
- Negotiate and analyze space and rates with airlines and co- loaders.
- Ensure service quality, timely problem resolution, and smooth team coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Support training and skill development for team members, fostering teamwork and high performance.
- Manage and guide the Airfreight CS team to respond promptly to all customer inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Fluent in English (all 4 skills).
- Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar role within a freight forwarding company.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
- Detail- oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify and implement new process plan to improve the working process, save time, save cost.
Ensure that all inquiries from assigned customers are responded in a timely manner.
Keep tracking cargo and update shipment status to all related parties.
Contact with customers, overseas agent, airlines, co- loader, customer, customs team and Commercial team to handle cargo smoothly.
Make AP payment request accurately and timely.
Arrange contract, credit agreement and AR for assigned clients.
Responsible for accuracy of Debit, Statement with overseas agent & airlines, co- loader and customer.
Keep good relationships with all partners, such as: airlines, vendors, internal and external customer…, to gain their best support.
Ensure all troubles are solved or escalated to leader and manager timely.
Input data into software, prepare shipping documents, issue debit note and send pre- alert to overseas partners.
Understand and follow strictly SOPs of all accounts.
Submit all necessary report on time.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 02 years relevant working experience in Air Freight Docs & CS, including pricing.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Commerce, Languages, Business Administration, or other relevant majors.”
Willing to work overtime.
Good English and communication skills.
Having good relationships with airlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Cập nhật các giao dịch thanh toán, kiểm tra số dư sổ kế toán với số dư ngân hàng hàng ngày
- Kiểm tra , hạch toán tạm ứng , thanh toán theo ngày từ hệ thống làm hàng sang hệ thống kế toán / ngân hàng
- Kiểm tra chứng từ, hạch toán chi phí quản lý vào phần mềm kế toán
- Lập UNC thanh toán qua ngân hàng 2 lần / ngày
- Lưu trữ chứng từ đầy đủ
- Rà soát , phối hợp với các bộ phận để hoàn tất thủ tục thanh toán
- Theo dõi, đối chiếu công nợ nội bộ giữa các công ty thành viên
- Hạch toán và check lại báo có trên phần mềm kế toán sau khi AR trừ nợ
- Định kỳ, thực hiện việc đối chiếu số liệu với từng đơn vị kinh doanh
- Lưu trữ chứng từ đầy đủ
- Tìm hiểu và nắm rõ quy trình thanh toán
- Theo dõi CCDC, TSCD. Thực hiện phân bổ theo quy định
- Thực hiện các công việc phát sinh được giao bởi người quản lý trực tiếp
- Theo dõi tình trạng giao dịch với ngân hàng để cung cấp UNC tới các bộ phận khi có yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
- Excel tốt
- Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu khá
- Chăm chỉ, có trách nhiệm
- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Kế toán các trường Đại học.
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm Kế toán công nợ
- Sẵn sàng làm thêm giờ, xử lý các công việc phát sinh vào cuối tuần

· Support team activities and contribute to continuous process improvement.
