JOB DESCRIPTION
Operation
Send D/N to client or agent and follow up the payment
Update systems and follow KPI as per Customer’s SOP.
Able to handle & manage all ocean export shipments from A- Z
Follow booking matrix and submit booking to Carrier; release SO to shipper.
Follow up with accountant about payment to carrier to get SWB MBL
Ask D/N and invoice from carrier for preparing the payment’s request
Implement SOP for new Clients.

REQUIREMENTS
Min 3 year- experience of shipping industry
Bachelor Degree: College or University
Good Computer skills (MS Office) : Word, Excel, Power point
Knowledge in shipping
Working for forwarder is preferred
Experience in handling US/EU shipments
Good command of English: B Level

Sales Logistics Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
Drive business growth aligned with company strategy and achieve assigned sales targets.
Identify and acquire new customers to expand revenue.
Lead and support a sales team of 2–4 members.
Manage business information, reporting, and cross- functional coordination.
Manage customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (40%)
Plan, supervise, and follow up on sales team activities to meet departmental goals.
Identify and engage new prospects across ITL services (freight forwarding, contract logistics, etc.) to drive revenue.
Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate reporting in CRM and monthly reports.
Customer Relationship Management (15%)
Ensure zero bad debt.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requirements effectively.
Operational Excellence (15%)
Submit accurate and timely reports as required.
Develop strong partnerships with vendors/suppliers to optimize pricing and service quality.
Establish and improve SOPs and sales processes to prevent issues and support operations.
Conduct market research and support strategy implementation.
People Management (10%)
Lead, train, and develop a high- performing sales team.
Participate in at least 90% of company training programs and activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding, including at least 2 years as Senior Sales Executive.
Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good command of English.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment; good analytical mindset.
Advanced sales techniques; good negotiation skills.
Personal Attributes
Open- minded with cultural awareness.
Self- disciplined, proactive, and customer- oriented.
Willing to travel for business.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Performance (40%)
Monitor CS team daily, control escalation, solve problems promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
Complete billing process (DN/CN/SOA) and finish job files before deadline.
Generate MAWB/HAWB/Manifest/SID and related documents correctly.
Manage client system work items within SLA and monitor team KPI weekly.
Coordinate closely with carriers, customers, agents, and commercial team in compliance with SOPs.
Make airfreight documentation accurately and on time (booking, confirmation, tracking & tracing).
Customer Satisfaction (15%)
Handle external and internal customer complaints professionally and satisfactorily.
Complete claim process (if any) and coordinate with other BUs to ensure best service.
Operation Excellence (15%)
Ensure compliance with company regulations, SOPs, and applicable laws.
Monitor customer complaints, delivery status, and service quality.
Reduce operational errors, monitor KPIs, follow up AR/CS for payment support.
Propose initiatives for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Human Resource Management (10%)
Attend internal/external training courses and company activities to improve skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Min 2 years – experience of the role
Bachelor, college of foreign trade economic
Knowledge of Transportation industry
Working for Logistics, Transportation, Express …is preferred
Good Computer skills (MS Office)

Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and customers (internal & external).
Monitor and resolve operational issues or escalate them to management when necessary.
Support training and skill development for team members, fostering teamwork and high performance.

REQUIREMENTS
