JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is for those eager to learn the fundamentals of game design and the full game development process. They&039;ll build essential skills and knowledge, then apply them to support real design tasks on live projects — all while leveling up their careers.
Your daily tasks will include:
Under the supervision of the project game designer, learn and fix design- related bugs via in- house tools.
Be trained in a real project & understand the general game- making process and support the main GD of the project on minor tasks.
Study game design foundation
Study original designs of a wide range of game genres.
Under the supervision of the project game designer, create/maintain game design documents (GDD) related to new minor game features or improvements for existing game features and game contents (missions, quests, levels, etc.).
Playtesting the existing game with the team.
Contributing to design discussions and decisions.
Analyzing existing games, design concepts, fun factors, control, and more
REQUIREMENTS
Good at verbal and written communication in English.
Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (game design/development, Information technology, Multimedia, Art, Computer Application, Product Design)
Fast and focused learner.
Demonstrated ability to create full games, game entities, and balance complex systems.
Extensive knowledge of video games, game genres, player types, and what makes games enjoyable.
Open- minded and flexible in adapting to changes.
Great teamwork, strong commitment, easy to adapt to a new environment, and willing to handle pressure.
Extensive knowledge about the Gameloft games.
Will be a plus:
Sketching, artistic.
A popular game Engine like Unity, Unreal.
Understanding of the video game markets.
The basics of programming.
And above all, motivation and a passion for video games!
