JOB DESCRIPTION

Hanoi is looking for a motivated, skilled individual to join our Residential
Sales team as a Sales Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Building strong relationships with smaller clients, including site visits and calls
Scheduling and conducting property viewings for potential buyers
Managing client inquiries and growing your client database
Regularly updating clients with news, information, and suggestions
Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients
Meeting and surpassing sales targets
Participating in sales events (weekends, holidays, or overtime if needed)
Promoting properties through advertising
