JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking Guest Service Officer (Receptionist) for our new opening property with the following responsibilities:
Manages guests’ accounts and information, and apartment availability in the system
Receives and transmits messages to guests promptly.
Responsible and accountable for handling and safekeeping of cash and guest valuables.
Responsible for checking in guests such as registering and assigning rooms to guests and checking out.
Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Guest Service Manager/ Guest Service Supervisor
Handles guest queries, comments, and complaints, and refers issues to supervisor when necessary.
Location: 49 Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
REQUIREMENTS
- Good coordination skills, meticulous, organized, neat, and diligent.
- Fresh graduates from the Hospitality University or/and Linguistic University (major: English) are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who can speak Korean or Japanese is an advantage and will be paid a language allowance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office eg. MSWord and MSExcel.
- Able to converse well in English.
