JOB DESCRIPTION
Requestto create/ update partner from MDM and FIN team for invoice issuance.
Uploaddocuments and email communication onto share point for each shipment.
Preparethe documents as team’s request.
Bringthe documents to counter desk for releasing to shipper.
Uploadcontract to system for review and approval.
Othertasks assigned by Leader/ Supervisor/Manager
CaptureShipper&039;s booking request in TMS (TANGO) for file creation.
Checkand finish activities and events on TMS (TANGO).

Good Excel skills – Visual basics is preferred but optional.
Good understanding of financial accounting
