JOB DESCRIPTION
1 General Description
OurInternship program offers a challenging hands- on structured experience. You will be working side- by- side withSchenker&039;s Land Department employees learning the process, terminology, andskills required to be successful in a fast- paced operation handling a variedcustomer base. You will be learning about trucking process, especially incross- border trucking, stakeholder engagement and various skills to enhanceyour career profile. It is also not unusual for a successful Intern to come onboard as a full time employee upon completion or graduation. All you need is apositive attitude and a can- do spirit
2 Specific Accountabilities
Billing jobs:
· Ensure the income, cost that have been booked in TMS/LFS are the same ascontracts / quotations.
· Work with Operation if any issues occur.
· Book cost in TMS
· Check vendors& customers contracts & quotations.
· Check the income, cost in TMS is the same with debit notes.
· Issue invoices in TMS
· Make AP Report monthly.

REQUIREMENTS
Skills Required
· Communication skill, collaboration with stakeholders.
· Excel, word computer skills.
· Accuracy, proactive, teamwork
· Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
· Hardworking, willing to work overtime and under time pressure
Experience and Qualifications
· English & Vietnamese communication skills
· College/ University with Major: Accounting or Finance,
