JOB DESCRIPTION
Support and collaborate with Flight Planning team closely to find the best solutions for each request. Increase hit ratio on SME requests.
Market Intelligent: weekly/monthly update Air Freight market and reports as requirement.
Pricing analyzation: coordinate with Flight Planning for airfreight cost options and work on the analyzation based on Customer’s requests to prepare for Pricing Strategy accordingly.
RCM: upload and maintenance Air Freight rates into RCM periodically, ensuring Schenker overseas stations have access to best available buying rates from/to Vietnam. Support other staffs for installing and using RCM for checking Airfreight.
Timely see the interruption of regular accounts and head up to Pricing Manager or related stakeholders to find the reason and how can fix.
Pricing quality: keep record of RFQ/ Spot quotation tracker, send follow- up to ask for results.
Pricing tools
Providing pricing offers and solutions to RFQs / Local and Network Airfreight requests and response to related stakeholders within deadline as required.
Keep local charges including customs clearance tariff up- to- date and circulate in Ha Noi in consultant with Air Freight and Transportation Management
