JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for delivering high quality service to clients and candidates of specific skills or industry by matching skills of qualified candidates to client vacancies, retaining business by providing outstanding customer service and quality to recruitment requirements and performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate Management
Follow up all placements to ensure retention of fee
Conduct candidate reference checks
Interview candidates within corporate guidelines to assess competencies and motivation
Support successful candidates in salary negotiation
Provide pre- interview advice to candidates
Utilize a multi- channel sourcing plan to connect with passive candidates
Develop and maintain good relationships with core candidates to ensure loyalty.
Communicate all requirements of the job to candidates
Identify potential candidates and implement appropriate methods to attract them
Client Management
Accurately interpret clients&039; person specification and identify suitable candidates through effective job matching
Support clients in employer branding activities
Present qualified candidates to clients
Ensure fulfilment of client vacancies within agreed timeline
Interact with clients or Recruitment Team Leader to understand job roles and requirements
Prepare recruitment report to update clients on progress, identify challenges and propose solutions
Provide market trends to clients as part of service
Be involved in salary package negotiation between successful applicants and clients
Administrator
Ensure prompt billing and collections.
Maintain and update accurate and complete records on all clients and candidates into database
Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database whilst maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings
Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
01+ year of professional experience in full cycle recruitment
Professional in Microsoft Office operation
Good verbal and written communication in English.
At least bachelor’s degree in related field
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri, 8:30AM – 5:30PM or 9:00AM – 6:00PM
LOCATION:
4th Floor, Thaisquare Caliria Building, No. 11A Cat Linh, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi

JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

Availability to work full- time for 6–9 months
Strong interest in the banking, finance, or fintech industry
Desire to build a long- term career in recruitment/headhunting
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a people‑oriented mindset

3. Customer Service
Manage candidates, prepare profiles, negotiate offers, and conduct reference checks.
Utilize assessment tools and apply retention strategies for key candidates.
Share market insights and recruitment trends with clients.
Ensure high- quality recruitment service delivery to both clients and candidates.
4. Administration
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Ensure timely billing and debt collection.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of candidates and clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least a diploma or equivalent academic/professional qualifications in business/marketing or related field of practice lines.
At least 2 years of professional experience in human resources or related services.
Intermediate level in English in writing and negotiation skill.
