• Undertake valuation assignments in Vietnam independently or as part of a team.
• Take responsibility for valuation assignments and liaise with clients to discuss their needs.
• Valuation will include and will not be limited to valuation of assets, residential & real estate property, especially for machinery and equipment as and when required.
• Conduct the market research of all Valuation assignments across Vietnam, analyze and organize information for valuation purposes.
• Write valuation reports and other consultancy reports including market advisory.
• Make proposals and contracts as well as communicating and meeting with clients
• Inspect sites/ build and reviewing building information.
• Run financial calculations on property, machinery, and equipment appraisal.
• Build up the internal database on Viet Nam economic indicator and market situation of related sectors.
• Work with other departments in the company to meet requirement of customers.
• In addition, there may be other ad-hoc projects to undertake at the Company's discretion.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Valuation, Real Estate, or a related field; or possession of a Valuer's License issued by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.
• Understanding of statistical calculations involved in Valuation reporting, especially in machinery and equipment, properties sectors.
• Large social / general knowledge.
• Good English (written and reading).
• Good analytical skills.
• Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
• Execute research initiatives .
