Key Responsibilities:
Compliance interface person of the department：
Conducts compliance risk assessment in the engineering service field, organizes and promotes the sorting out and governance of compliance risks, and conducts compliance inspection and rectification.
Conducts compliance consultation, review, and communication in the engineering service field.
Promotes the implementation of ZTE Vietnam&039;s compliance policies, regulations, systems, and processes in the engineering service field.
Design compliance publicity and training courses that are suitable for the engineering service field in Vietnam, carry out regular compliance training, improve employees&039; compliance awareness and capabilities in the engineering service field, and foster a compliance culture.
Learn the compliance knowledge of ZTE corporation.
Promote the set- up and implementation of compliance management systems, operation mechanisms in the engineering service field.
Daily management support of the Project Management Office (PMO）:
As one of the assistants of the PMO manager, organize the monthly performance assessment for the employees of the department, organize the meeting and activities of the department, support the projects of department such as the asset management, etc.
As internal control interface person of the department, connect to the HQs, and make sure the implementation in the department.
Qualifications
Willingness to learn and adapt in a new environment
Clear communication
Fluency in Chinese, can understand English is a plus
Bachelor degree, can have 1 years experience in People Management/Training/Compliance...
