Major Functions:

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the preparation for 30thyear anniversary of WWF- Viet Nam
Update daily news about WWF- VietNam
Research and update list ofVietnamese newspapers, news website, specialised magazines
Assist the creation of articles,newsletters, editorials, PR, stories, and other similar publications- related outputs in support of, but notlimited to, the WWF- Viet Nam’s CAL, MDL and Marines programmes;
Assist with website management:uploading articles, developing and enhancing the content/layout of the website
Support the development ofcommunication products such as brochures, posters, banners, videos, branded products, etc.
Support with internalcommunications: preparing content for a bi- monthly internal newsletter, 30years celebration, etc.
Collect and upload imagery on WWF’sasset system
Assist the communications team inother Communications work, including translating communication materials, administration whenneeded.
Perform other duties as required bydirect supervisor.
Profile:
Required Qualifications
Currentlypursuing at least the 4th year in or obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Communications or a related field;
Required Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English andVietnamese;
Experienced in graphic designing, video editing and photography
Can Do attitude;
Passionate about Communications and conservation;
Identifies and aligns with the core values of the WWF organization: Courage,Collaboration, Respect & Integrity.

Working Relationships:
Internal: Interact on a regular basiswith Project teams, Finance team and Admin teams of WWF- Vietnam.
External: Interact with suppliers,consultants and field offices as required in fulfilment of duties.
