Duration of each opportunity:
• 06 months, start as soon as possible
Main activities during the internship:
• Perform other duties and tasks at the request of management.
• Assist the project team in the elaboration of ideas/concepts, desk research, contacting withpublic agencies, private sector and relevant stakeholders;
• Provide ad- hoc support to the partner organization and the team;
• Assistance in maintaining and updating content for project website and social media channels(including Facebook and LinkedIn);
• Assistance in the preparation and production of communications materials (factsheet,success stories, videos, promotional items...);
• Assistance in translation of project materials;• Assistance in arranging and updating communications library (photos, raw footages,publications...);
• Provide assistance to project team members in regard to internal meetings and discussions(e.g., protocol preparation, minute meeting notes, etc.) when required;
• Support to the preparation of workshops, training, field visit and other events;
Minimum requirements:
• Strong background with skills and experiences in communications, public relations, marketingor similar
• Strong MS Office, organizational and analytical skills
• Thinking creatively; Highly motivated to learn and to contribute to a young and dynamic teamof international and national staff with the aim to develop the power sector in Viet Nam;
• Willing to take on responsibility, work independently and travel to project sites for work ifnecessary.Apart from a monthly allowance, the successful candidate will enjoy professional and dynamicworking conditions and good policies of training.
• Previous experience in a team – project (be it an official or intern position) is an asset;
• Basic design skills are an asset (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva...)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Vietnamese citizen, who are in the last year of their study or newly graduated students within6 months upon commencement of the internship.
• Have interest in the energy sector, in particular renewable energy and/or in developmentcooperation. Have good understanding on renewable energy is an asset;
