Interior Design – 30%
Work with suppliers related to make construction as concept plan
Check quotation and quality of construction. Make liquidation and payment
Propose creative idea, demonstrate interior design in store
Manage interior project following the processes from concept drawing to completion.
Interior Management – 70%
Manage & maintain furniture, fixture, lighting... in store.
Confirm tenant/brand&039;s interior drawing in store
Training work and specialized skill with related departments
Other supporting tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 2- 3 years of working experience in relevant field.
Be careful & accurate, good team- work and communication skills.

Good verbal and written communication in English.
Preferred working experience related to Retail industry.

Operation Task (50%)
Training brand staff to follow Lotte DS regulations.
Supervising hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time.
Controlling product quality, prices, tag of the brands in charge; Managing the demand- supply of the products.
Marketing & Event (30%)
Working with brands to co- operate and support them with marketing and update promotion.
Survey market trend and update market status
Make ideas and create an event to grow sales and attract new customers
Invite brand for available position to sales discount product and introduce new product
Sales Report & Payment (20%)
Checking and analyzing daily sales, weekly and monthly sales of the floor then forecast sales of the next month.
Working with the Finance Dep’t about payment relating to the brand.
