JOB DESCRIPTION
Operation Task (50%)
- Training brand staff to follow Lotte DS regulations.
- Controlling product quality, prices, tag of the brands in charge; Managing the demand- supply of the products.
- Supervising hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time.
Marketing & Event (30%)
- Survey market trend and update market status
- Invite brand for available position to sales discount product and introduce new product
- Working with brands to co- operate and support them with marketing and update promotion.
- Make ideas and create an event to grow sales and attract new customers
Sales Report & Payment (20%)
- Working with the Finance Dep’t about payment relating to the brand.
- Checking and analyzing daily sales, weekly and monthly sales of the floor then forecast sales of the next month.
REQUIREMENTS
- From 1 years working experience is preferred: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Store Management...
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Be willing to work in shift (1 – 2 afternoon shifts (2 PM – 10 PM) per week) and in holidays
- Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good at working with numbers
- Be careful & accurate, good team- work and communication skills
- Bachelor degree, any majors

JOB DESCRIPTION
LDS Renewal Project – Construction
Review Calculation drawing and BOQ
Manage delivery schedule (Furniture materials)
Negotiate to optimize construction costs
Construction Management works: Compare and review the as- built drawing and the construction drawing for approval; Manage construction schedule; Monitoring the construction process; Manage contractor payments
Support and coordinate to plan new design
Other supporting tasks relating to Construction support as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Experiences in Commercial Project Development, Hospitality is a plus
Has Bachelor&039;s degree in Architecture, Interior or Construction
At least 5 years&039; relevant experience in Interior Design and Design Management
(e.g. interior design firm related to Commercial/Hospitality is a plus, construction or development company)
Ability of communicating English in working environment
Work experiences in Management of Design and Construction phases of large- scale Commercial building, Mixed- use Facilities, Hospitality projects is a plus
A team player & builder, a motivator & self- starter
Good at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Ability to identify and read Design documentations and specification
Excellent in AutoCAD, Photoshop skills; Sketchup, 3Ds max is plus
Strong understanding of Vietnam and international interior design style
