- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube channel content management, sponsored advertisement execution, customer feedback management, etc.
- Communication with social media agencies, scheduling, Content planning
- Status analysis by social media channel (content, customer, sponsored advertisement results)
Digital advertising planning and operation
Google Display Network (GDN), Grab, Zalo banner advertising planning, banner design, targeting, result analysis, etc.
Market research, and competitor information on the Vietnamese market related to digital marketing
Other assigned tasks
English interpretation service for business operation and counterpart meeting.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant position
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration
- Experience in Shopping Mall/Retail is an advantage
- Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
- Good experience in marketing performance
- Strong inbuilding and developing content on Facebook and Instagram platforms
- Good- writing skills in English

- Participate in ideation and development of new design products based on Team / Head of Department requests;
- Ensure consistency in applying brand guidelines and design direction across various platforms;
- Conceptualize and produce high- quality digital assets for our social media channels. These designs will adhere to best practices, be creative, and follow the brand guidelines and season theme;
- Support design image for offline event: Standee, Banner, Backdrop, Leaflet, Voucher, Gift.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have knowledge about printing, materials, etc.
- Have at least 2 years of experience;
- Strong understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, composition, etc.)
- Minimum Bachelor&039;s Degree or above;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate well in a team environment;
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effect is a plus;
- A high attention to design detail;
- Proficient in English.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
