JOB DESCRIPTION
- Hỗ trợ phòng Marketing triển khai các sự kiện quà tặng cho khách hàng tại Trung tâm Thương mại; Kiểm soát và sắp xếp kho quà tặng
- Giám sát hiệu quả vận hành của Quầy Dịch vụ Vận hành Trung tâm Thương mại trong ca làm việc
- Sắp xếp lịch làm việc nhân viên hằng tháng và hướng dẫn công việc cho nhân viên mới
- Hỗ trợ các yêu cầu của khách hàng liên quan đến voucher, đổi quà tặng, chương trình khuyến mãi, chương trình hội viên của Trung tâm Thương mại
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng trong quá trình đăng ký hội viên và sử dụng ứng dụng thành viên LS.POINT
REQUIREMENTS
- Kinh nghiệm từ 2 năm các vị trí Dịch vụ Khách hàng, Bán hàng, Lễ tân, Hành chính, Thu ngân...
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt; Khả năng sử dụng Tiếng Anh trong công việc tốt
- Tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận; Có thể làm xoay ca
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học trở lên
Thời gian làm việc: Xoay ca 6 ngày/tuần
- Ca sáng: 08:30- 17:30 (Nghỉ trưa 1 tiếng)
- Ca chiều: 14:00- 22:00 (Nghỉ chiều 30 phút)

Marketing Planning
- Be responsible for the overall marketing plan and strategy of Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi monthly, quarterly, seasonally and annually, including marketing theme, event, promotional campaign
- Work internally with team members; represent the team to coordinate information, cooperate with related departments in developing and analyzing mall’s operation plan in order to create effective plan with teammates
Marketing Budget Controlling
- Collect payment within the team, therefore strictly supervise and control monthly marketing expenses based on yearly total budget
- Create budget plan for each marketing category and divide monthly, quarterly to each team member in charge
- Report plans of budget and marketing execution periodically
Promotional Event
- Closely work, discuss and coordinate with agencies, partners, and related departments to deploy and implement event activities as per Shopping Mall’s Marketing Plan
- Work with team to develop content for Shopping Mall’s monthly/seasonal/big events and promotional plans; Create content ideas and concept images for the event, build proposals, event scenarios
REQUIREMENTS
- From 3 years of experience in the same position in Retail, Shopping Mall or related service industries
- Can work under high pressure, good team player and self- motivation
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
