JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Marketing Planning
- Work internally with team members; represent the team to coordinate information, cooperate with related departments in developing and analyzing mall’s operation plan in order to create effective plan with teammates
- Be responsible for the overall marketing plan and strategy of Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi monthly, quarterly, seasonally and annually, including marketing theme, event, promotional campaign
2. Marketing Budget Controlling
- Create budget plan for each marketing category and divide monthly, quarterly to each team member in charge
- Report plans of budget and marketing execution periodically
- Collect payment within the team, therefore strictly supervise and control monthly marketing expenses based on yearly total budget
3. Promotional Event
- Closely work, discuss and coordinate with agencies, partners, and related departments to deploy and implement event activities as per Shopping Mall’s Marketing Plan
- Work with team to develop content for Shopping Mall’s monthly/seasonal/big events and promotional plans; Create content ideas and concept images for the event, build proposals, event scenarios
REQUIREMENTS
- Hard- working, have good team- work and communication skills
- From 3 years of experience in the same position in Retail, Shopping Mall or related service industries
- Can work under high pressure, good team player and self- motivation
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field

1. Thiết kế nội thất (70%)
- Xem xét phạm vi công việc, lịch trình, chi phí, nhân lực của nhà thầu
- Kiểm soát thiết kế với các bản kế hoạch, vật liệu, màu sắc
- Đề xuất ý tưởng thiết kế, lên phương án cho các thay đổi về không gian nội thất trong trung tâm thương mại
- Kiểm tra báo giá, kế hoạch thi công, nghiệm thu và thanh toán với nhà thầu
- Phối hợp với các nhà thầu để thực hiện hóa dự án theo đúng thiết kế
2. Quản lý thiết kế (20%)
- Xem xét các khía cạnh khác của dự án như ánh sáng nội thất, đồ họa, trưng bày, thiết bị và đồ nội thất, trang thiết bị…
- Quản lý, kiểm tra các hồ sơ bản vẽ kĩ thuật, làm việc với các nhà thầu tư vấn thiết kế các hạng mục sửa chữa, cải tạo mới ở không gian chung của trung tâm thương mại
- Kiểm tra tại hiện trường bao gồm việc phê duyệt bản vẽ thi công và kiểm tra vật liệu / Kiểm soát thay đổi thiết kế
- Kiểm tra, duyệt bản vẽ thiết kế nội thất của các gian hàng theo quy chuẩn thiết kế của trung tâm thương mại
3. Các nhiệm vụ hỗ trợ khác liên quan đến các dự án của LOTTE (10%)
REQUIREMENTS
- Có khả năng sử dụng Tiếng Anh trong giao tiếp và công việc
- Có kỹ năng thành thạo trong việc sử dụng AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3Ds Max, Ms Office

- Hỗ trợ các sự kiện của Trung tâm Thương mại (nếu có) và một số nhiệm vụ khác được phân công
Ca 1: 08h30- 17h30 (Nghỉ trưa 01 tiếng)
