Supplier / Customer Management:
- Preparing and sending data and reports to suppliers.
- Follow- up shipments from suppliers after getting confirmation from suppliers and BOD.
- Working with suppliers (customers) regarding product documentation.
Promotion Execution:
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure the deployment of trade programs effectively.
- Work with internal teams to ensure promotion is active on time.
Activity Tracking & Evaluation:
- Follow up debit note related to supplier incentive, promotion schemes.
- Monthly track the promotion results and work with clients for reimbursement.
- Calculate monthly incentive based on client contract, Sub- DBs contract, monthly incentive schemes.
Sales Performance Tracking:
- Daily tracking stock situation to avoid damaged goods/NED/Out of stock.
- Daily tracking sales performance by Sub- DB/SR vs Target.
Documentation work:
- Make monthly promotion announcement to Sales Team/Sub- DBs/Customers.
- Follow up and save the documents related to Marketing Team.
Other tasks assigned by BOD.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
At least 2 years of Marketing/Economics/Business or related fields (FMCG is preferred)
English Communication B or over
Sales data analysis skills
Planning skills
University/ College with the Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economic major
Problem- solving skills
Can work under pressure
Be willing to learn and able to adapt quickly
