Hotel General Manager - 4 Star Hotel - North and Middle of Vietnam

We are seeking for GM for 4- star hotel projects in the North and Middle of Vietnam
- The project is entering the setup phase, so you will do all the work for the pre- opening.
- You will coordinate with construction contractors, owners, to complete technical infrastructure, interior areas, logistics and BOH
- You will coordinate with concern parties to organize and implement sales & marketing activities.
- You will organize and deploy the hotel&039;s services professionally and meet 4- star standards.
- You will build up, recruit, train and organize human resources
- You will organize for HODs to control the list of equipment to coordinate with the procurement owner.
- You will organize, implement, manage, financial and accounting activities of the hotel

In come: Salary + bonus + Commission
